- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are dependent on the size and type of property we are inspecting. The inspection price is always agreed upon prior to the inspection. Fees are required prior to the inspection being completed. Our clients typically pay in person upon my arrival or via credit card the day before the inspection. Special discounts for military (active or retired) and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the initial contact (typically via telephone), I gather details about the home, communicate the cost of the inspection, schedule the inspection. Once the inspection is complete, our client will be provided a detailed report addressing any concerns with recommendations via email within 24 hours of completion. Payment is required prior to conducting the inspection.

Certification from ICA Home Inspection, SCRBC Home Inspection License Number 49680, 30 years experience in residential building trades.
