Michael was quick to respond to request needed. Michael was able to pinpoint the issue and do the repairs same day while onsite. He also sent photos of damage and repairs. I’m very satisfied.

this question can be hard to answer because many times there really is not a template for pricing that will cover all situations. There are a lot of variables.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer first and actually view the work they need performed so that I can provide an accurate estimate the first time, saving them and me the agrivation of providing an over or under exagerated price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the roofing industry for over 30 years installing or repairing both residential and commercial roofs. I also install and repair siding. Licensed, bonded and insured.
