The solution was easy but it was the level of service and the team at Z that made the difference. I work all hours being in hospitality. So I got home, wife explained an issue, I have been using this app for all my needs I can’t figure out, and within 5 mins of requesting quotes I got a phone call by Jacob, I believe his name was. It was 8:30 at night, he knew I was up looking for solutions, and it’s that kind of service of getting it done that makes the difference. He was able to have someone come out the very next morning. Nolan, was on site, and maybe it’s just me, but asking for help isn’t my strong suit and Nolan was great. He is good with Dogs and my border collie was the calmest I’ve ever seen her with a new person in the house. That meant a lot too. He got it solved quickly, and I made it to work on time! Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. I’ll continue to use them going forward.
