Josh was great! He fixed our issue and offered us an additional option which made our plumbing much quieter! Josh was patient and educated us on how basement plumbing works so that we can catch issues quickly, etc. Will definitely call Z Plumberz the next time we need a plumber.

The solution was easy but it was the level of service and the team at Z that made the difference.

I work all hours being in hospitality.

So I got home, wife explained an issue, I have been using this app for all my needs I can’t figure out, and within 5 mins of requesting quotes I got a phone call by Jacob, I believe his name was. It was 8:30 at night, he knew I was up looking for solutions, and it’s that kind of service of getting it done that makes the difference. He was able to have someone come out the very next morning.

Nolan, was on site, and maybe it’s just me, but asking for help isn’t my strong suit and Nolan was great.

He is good with Dogs and my border collie was the calmest I’ve ever seen her with a new person in the house. That meant a lot too.

He got it solved quickly, and I made it to work on time! Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. I’ll continue to use them going forward.

Details: No, repair is not urgent • Only one drain has issues • Other issue • House

Z Plumber is a great company. We have used them with 2 projects and so far both are in working order. I learned a lot of valuable information from the pro regarding the plumbing structure of my home.

Details: Yes, repair is urgent • Only one drain has issues • Leaking (problem area known) • House
