I had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling properly, and Habib came to the rescue! He was incredibly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He had the right tools, the right parts, and got it fixed in no time. ***Updating my review as they rectified the issue ****
The technician was very nice, professional, and friendly, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the repair itself did not resolve the issue. A part was replaced that did not fix the problem, and the replacement was done without first confirming or getting my approval.
Because the issue remains unresolved and the part replacement was not discussed beforehand, I am now exploring options to recover the cost of the repair. I hope the company will reach out to address this matter and work toward a fair resolution.
