The team from Motso Construction was professional and courteous throughout our bathroom remodel. They did great work and our bathroom project looks awesome. Vlad was was very detailed and provided great communication from start to finish. We could not be at the house during the day and Vlad sent us pictures each step of the way, before and after work was completed so that we knew what was happening.

The work was done promptly, within a reasonable time frame. Very high quality of work for a good price. The job is done professionally. Vladimir and his team were amazing, very responsive and honest. I very like their work on my kitchen and bathrooms, looks and works great! I would hire them again without a doubt.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are priced per job. HOWEVER, we do offer a bathroom remodel package deal based on 8'X5' bathroom, offered at $14,999.00 from demo to finish, including all materials*. Please contact us for details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet with customer face to face 2. Look at the project, make suggestions on possibly cheaper and better ways of doing some things... 3. Send proposal via email 4. If customer is satisfied with the price, proceed with signing contract 5. Establish schedule 6. We usually do 50% down payment, but it depends on projects, and will be stated in contract 7. Get the project done in timely manner and make sure customer is happy 8. Most of our work is word of mouth advertising so HAPPY customers is the key to success.

1. We have been in business for 13 years, have experience in all aspects of construction.
