- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair but our workmanship is second to none! We offer very competitive pricing when comparing to other reputable small businesses, we are cheaper than the larger more known bathroom renovation companies but our craftsmanship and top of the line materials we use leaves them in the dust! You'll get much more than what you payed for when choosing TRC, but you'll never pay too much! We offer senior, military, first responder discounts and discounts for multiple projects!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very simple process and we never use high pressure sales tactics! We will setup a day and time with the homeowner for us to come out to look at the project and go over the vision the homeowner has for that space. We prefer to spend a good deal of time during the design phase of the project so we have an exact idea of what needs to be done so we can deliver an excellent service and experience to our customers...along with a finished project that will exceed their expectations! Once we can agree on the final design, the plan of action and the materials we will be using/installing, we work on getting our customer a price they can be comfortable with knowing they will be getting the greatest value in return!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the home improvement industry - I am a 3rd generation hands on contractor that started at a very young age working for the family business. I keep up with the latest trends & designs through social media / pinterest / builder trade shows. This industry is ever evolving and I constantly educate myself with new advancements in materials along with best installation practices that could offer longevity to the customers projects!
