The evening prior to getting my ductwork cleaned, my furnace decides it is time to die. Robert (the owner) along with an assistant came to the job and proceeded to vacuum the dust and gunk. After finishing that, he looked at my repackage unit and determined the problem. He gave me a quote to replace the part and a quote to replace the unit. He suggested, I get 2-3 more quotes to confirm the fairness of that quote. The value was definitely there. Less than all quotes with a high quality unit. The team arrived on time with a half hour arrival notification. He took care of the permits and city inspector reviewed and passed the work.

I had a big interest in the Heating Ventilation, Air conditioning trade. I've been in the trade for 13 years now. I attended Columbus state community college and received a certificate in HVAC and worked for the biggest company in Columbus Ohio. I never stopped learning a growing in the trade.
