Very professional. Came in and identified the issue right away. Ran me through my options and got our AC up and running the same day. Will use them again!

I called Right Guys Heating and Air about our AC which was blowing hot air. I was impressed with how quickly they got back to me and the tech that they sent, Andrew, was stellar!! He was here on time, called beforehand and knew when he opened the unit that the capacitor was bad. We have a very old unit and it hadn't been serviced for a long time. Andrew explained everything to me, went the extra mile to get the part at 7:00 pm, installed it and tried to check for leaks. He will be returning to check and clean the unit and I couldn't be more pleased! Andrew was kind, polite, very knowledgeable and energetic. I would not have found this company so quickly without Thumbtack so I can't thank you enough! I highly recommend this company and the technician Andrew, if you choose to use them you will be very happy!

So so grateful to Right Guys for getting out to fix my AC on the hottest weekend! Everyone else had a 3 day wait and it was sweltering! They diagnosed the issue, talked me through it all and checked everything thoroughly, and were happy to answer my questions. Super professional and considerate of my home too!

I am over the moon satisfied with this entire organisation. I work with many home service companies and this is one of the most professional companies I have worked with. The timelines and clients I have can often be extremely difficult to work with, but this team worked through every difficult step with an open mind and helped ensure any issues that arose, it was addressed to satisfaction of the client. I will bring EVERY HVAC job in Charlotte NC to them EVERY time without hesitation.

We called Right Guys this afternoon for an issue with our AC unit. In the same day we had Andrew come out to help us. He was extremely professional, courteous, thorough and efficient with his work. He was able to identify the issue with the primary drain pipe and solved it for us! Might be one of the best service calls weve ever had. The pricing was fair and honest, well definitely be calling for Andrew again!
