I called Right Guys Heating and Air about our AC which was blowing hot air. I was impressed with how quickly they got back to me and the tech that they sent, Andrew, was stellar!! He was here on time, called beforehand and knew when he opened the unit that the capacitor was bad. We have a very old unit and it hadn't been serviced for a long time. Andrew explained everything to me, went the extra mile to get the part at 7:00 pm, installed it and tried to check for leaks. He will be returning to check and clean the unit and I couldn't be more pleased! Andrew was kind, polite, very knowledgeable and energetic. I would not have found this company so quickly without Thumbtack so I can't thank you enough! I highly recommend this company and the technician Andrew, if you choose to use them you will be very happy!

We called Right Guys this afternoon for an issue with our AC unit. In the same day we had Andrew come out to help us. He was extremely professional, courteous, thorough and efficient with his work. He was able to identify the issue with the primary drain pipe and solved it for us! Might be one of the best service calls weve ever had. The pricing was fair and honest, well definitely be calling for Andrew again!
