Kool Katz HVAC is a great company to work with! My air went out Friday night and Mike with Kool Katz had my unit up and running Saturday morning. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable, and had very good pricing. Will definitely use his services again if needed. Top notch service!

Mike responded very quickly to my request. He came out on the 4th of July and got my AC up and running within 30 min. He explained everything in detail. I was very happy with the service I received. I will definitely be using him if anything arises in the future!

I’m so happy I found Kool Katz. Mike was incredibly responsive. He was able to come out for a spring/summer HVAC checkup the very next day …. And it was a good thing, too, because my downstairs unit unexpectedly died right after I made the appointment! Mike arrived right on time and immediately found the culprit — a snake that had crawled into the unit and shorted the whole thing out! It was an expensive fix, but I feel like I got a great value because it was still so much more affordable than a new unit, which I suspect some of those other HVAC companies would have said I needed. My HVAC is working like a champ now, and I am cool and comfortable. I appreciated Mike’s skill, communication, and professionalism, and he was very kind to my cats as well. I will be using Kool Katz again.
