- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free design consultation. Once client's are ready to move forward we do 50% down, with the balance due at install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll set up a design consultation with a new customer to check out there spaces and then work with them to create designs that meet their needs & budget. I love to go over options together so they can see what the spaces will look like in 3D. Once we settle on the designs, I'll need a deposit to move forward and get everything into production. We can install in about 4-5 weeks from when we receive the deposit. When installation is complete and to client's satisfaction we'll collect the remaining balance. I love to help people with their projects!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first started in my career as an installer, I loved the process of building well designed projects for customers. Over the course of 10 years I learned what worked and what created challenges for myself as an installer and the customer as well. I also became a great problem solver. I started doing design work on nights and weekends at first. I found that I really enjoyed being able to work with clients on the design and install for them as well. Creating spaces that are functional as well as beautiful is very rewarding. After a few years I moved to designing full time as we started having kids and the flexibility really helped. We moved across the country in 2020 from Seattle, WA. I'm now working on creating a local presence & back to designing & building for clients.
