- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First ask them to their best knowledge of what the problem is. If they are a seasoned computer user then I will ask them for a detailed explanation of what is wrong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An AS degree in electronics and had classed in computers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In the early 90’s I was putting together my own desktop computer systems from scratch.
