- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am quite fair on my pricing and will exceed the customers expectations and always discount on a bulk amount of items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would say that my typical process of working with a new customer is: To listen to their needs first, get them involved with their project by making the many choices such as color of thread, type of font. And not to collect payment until he or she are satisfied with the end results of the project at hand!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background training was in the field of Education How ever my Dad was the Designer of After Six formal ware and I believe that is where I inherited just I bit of his love to design!
