Jason is 100% my plumber from now on! I had requested on Thumbtack for him to change the toilet and the showerhead. The toilet kept running, and the previous plumber didn’t fix it. Jason showed me that the problem with the toilet was a leak in flapper, and explained I didn’t need to change the whole toilet! He also explained that the showerhead was fine, but the cartridge inside the dial needed to be replaced.
How unique to find a trustworthy person, who will explain and actually try to find out what is wrong, instead of fixing what isn’t broken!
So I showed him another issue: smelly water sometimes and poor water pressure. A different plumber said 5k and rip up the floor. Jason looked at it, said it was the pressure regulating valve and the anode bar anode bar in the water heater. He fixed it, and now i have great non-smelly water!

Jason is GREAT! I contacted him on Saturday at 5pm and he was at my house on Sunday at 8:15am. 30 minutes later, all 3 of my bathroom sinks were unclogged. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, I will contact Jason first.
