- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s on the lower side not do to knowledge and quality of work by no means only to build my business and get trust and relationships not just one time paying customers I’ll never see again that’s not me . I’ll always come back and be there to help when you need me and I’m not going to over charge you just to make extra money . Loyalty goes along way
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them know I’m upfront and when I say something I mean it along with not trying to give them a price they’re iffy about . I want the customer to feel like they won to
