- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based upon the best educated estimate from past experience. But please be reasonable if a pro shows up to an extreme situation make sure you both understand the scope and cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Stop out and have a look at the project if it agreeable and the customer is ready I like to complete the job same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed 4 years of electrical school and 2 years of project management in the construction industry. Beyond that many classes on equipment repair as well as OSHA safety courses.
