I had a great experience with ProLift, starting with the initial call to come out and check my garage door remotes that were not working. I spoke with Tyrell and he was the most pleasant customer rep I think I have ever spoken with...very kind, polite and upbeat. The service rep that came out to check out my remotes was thorough in his check and determined a new garage opener was needed. At that point I had most communication with the owner Stan, who was also pleasant and always very prompt in responding to me and offered me a great deal on a new opener. The installers came out the next day and installed it seamlessly in less than an hour. They were also pleasant and very knowledgeable with the product and installation. I feel very confident that there will be no problems or issues with the new opener and if there are I know that Prolift will be here to take care of it! Highly recommend ProLift if you are in need of a new garage door opener or repairs.

Miracle Man in the form of a garage door service man. Peerson repaired our garage door in minutes. We came home from vacation and our garage door wouldnt go up but 6. I called ProLift and Peerson was there in less than an hour. Thanks again.

Technician Peerson went above & beyond for our garage door motor repair. Very thorough and provided education on the operation and all mechanisms to end user. Even came back next day to adjust tension on springs when door was not opening properly after original install. Very happy with service and customer satisfaction here.
