- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with my pricing. Since this is a side gig and my hours are afternoons and weekends, I am typically on the higher end. My work reflects the pricing though. I offer discounts on repeat clients and waive service call fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Formal introductions and being respectful of the customers time and needs. Efficient work and communicating through the entire project. Offering up additional services if there is anything else they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Construction Science and Management. I’ve been working with hands since I was a teenager.
