• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My hourly rate is $75 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum, and there is a $50 destination fee for travel more than 45 minutes one way. PAINT JOBS: The price will be about $150 to $300 per room depending on how many coats are needed, wall height, and the amount of trim, doors and windows. On average we charge $1.50 to $2.25 per square foot of floor space in the room. That generally includes a double coat on walls and all trim but we charge less when its the entire house. We usually charge $1.25 to $1.75 range for JUST walls; once again depending on ceiling height etc. As with other things the more you are having done the less it costs per room or sq ft, etc. The price also varies on whether we furnish the paint and what grade of paint the customer prefers as paint can vary from approximately $25 to $70 per gallon.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like to find out what the client wants from the project and give them a clear and transparent price for the work. After that, I try to schedule them as soon as possible and get the work done in a professional and timely manner.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I have been doing construction work for about 20 years. I can do flooring, wall panels, kitchen and bathroom remodels, paint, drywall repair, wire concealment, tv and picture mounting, faucets and vanity installation, lights and ceiling fan installs, and building pergolas and gazebos and just about everything in between.
