Mark was awesome. He performed a property inspection for me for a property that was outside the state I reside. I explained the scope of work & he actually accommadated me by actually doing the inspection the same day for a great price. He filled out my standardized forms, took pictures and videos. He was very professional. I would consider him for my handyman tasks with properties going forward.

There were 2 handyman who worked at different times on the project. Both of them asked to borrow tools for example a tape measure from one and a saw from another. Very disappointing that neither of them had a tool box with basic equipment. The men were nice. Obviously these men are in the apprenticeship phase and just developing their skills. The job should've only taken 4 hours max and I was charged 7 hours because one of the guys was face timing a friend to ask for help on how to cut out wood from under a sink. Their skills are better used for mounting tvs and putting furniture together and not the task I requested. The task was to take out rotten wood from under a sink and replace with new wood. The finished product was good. Next time I'll hire for a specific job with a set price and not a charge per hour novice handyman.
