The customer service from the tech that provide service was beyond my expectations. First I want to point out that I received service on Memorial Day. While most people were eating BBQ and enjoying family, he was helping our family. He was punctual and listened to any additional concerns I had before beginning the project (garbage disposal replacement). During our conversation, I mentioned the adjacent sink had a leak. After completing the installation of the new disposal, he kindly looked over the adjacent sink to see if he could determine the cause of the leak. He quickly found the issue, which I had two other plumbers from two different companies look at and was told they could not find an issue. He quickly headed to Lowe’s, picked up the necessary parts and repaired the issue. Now I have a fully functioning sink and disposal on a HOLIDAY!!! I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Garrett did an awesome job replacing my garbage disposal. He was very reliable and punctual and showed up on such short notice. He even ended up changing some bulbs on my high ceiling light fixture that I was having a hard time figuring out how to replace. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again.
