I started with Zach back in December and i am glad i did lol. I have lost 10 pounds in a month and a half…..and this is just the beginning. I love the workout regime i am on (2x a week at the gym and 3x a week just being outside). The recipes have really allowed me to get creative and yet still taste good.

Zach has been a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and knowledge of health and fitness has been a major change for me. The lifestyle change has been a major improvement for me. I (like most others) lacked guidance and knowledge of what exactly to do. It was always easy for me to say "I need to eat healthier" and "work out" but knowing what to eat and having a workout plan has changed my life for the better!! Without Zach's guidance I would have continued on my path which would have eventually lead to major health complications. We started working together 90 days ago and I have lost almost 40 lbs and feel great - all thanks to Zach.

Since starting my journey with Apollo Health & Fitness my life has changed in the best way possible. I have struggled with my weight since having my two children, dealing with thyroid issues and everyday stress. I was put on a workout regimen that accommodates my lifestyle of being a stay at home mom with 2 children who are currently home and learning virtually. I can do my workouts in my own home whatever time I want and when it is convenient for me and my family. Also giving me the option to workout outside or even at a gym if I want to. The workouts can be done anywhere and are personalized to me. We also talk about nutrition, foods I like to eat, and he created a meal plan and menu for me to follow. Also providing me with recipes and snack ideas. Zach encourages, motivates, and is available whenever I need him. I have currently lost 18 pounds in 13 weeks. This has become a lifestyle change for me and I am excited to workout everyday and see results.
