What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer very fair pricing for the great products we use on kitchen cabinets. I use an industrial, superior 1K acrylic paint called ICRO that is extremely durable, moisture resistant, and gives a smooth, factory like finish. Every cabinet door, drawer, and frame gets cleaned with a degreaser, sanded, primed, and painted via sprayer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free in-home consultations or quotes over the phone, whichever the customer prefers. I work diligently to return the quote back to the customer as quick as possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My experience with painting kitchen cabinets started in Ohio in 2014 when I worked for a company called N-Hance. After I moved to Charlotte to join the fire department and settling down in Fort Mill, SC, I decided to start my own business with painting kitchen cabinets. It has been a wonderful and rewarding experience to see the look on my customer's faces after a job well done.
