- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing and making sure clients understand what is included before construction begins. Every project is different, so pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, design requirements, site conditions, and overall complexity. We focus on providing the right solution for the project rather than simply being the lowest bid. When changes are needed, we communicate pricing and options before moving forward so there are no unnecessary surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your project, goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we schedule a consultation or site walkthrough to better understand the space and scope of work. Depending on the project, we may then move into planning, design, selections, estimating, and permitting before construction begins. Once the project is underway, our team manages scheduling, trades, communication, and quality control through completion. Our goal is to give you one team and a clear process from the initial conversation through the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Iconic Build and Design is a licensed general contractor in North and South Carolina with experience in residential and commercial construction. Our work requires an understanding of building codes, permitting, project management, construction methods, safety requirements, estimating, and trade coordination. We also stay current with applicable construction standards and code requirements so projects are planned and completed properly.
