Working with this company was a pleasure. Jacob was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He installed a smart lock and a deadbolt lock on the back door. He made sure I understood how to use my new smart locks and gain additional information on how to protect my home. He is my go to locksmith. Jacob is wonderfully kind and considerate. He has rekeyed two houses for me and both times he has been the epitome of genial and professional. He came out suddenly and with very little notice for me right after the holidays the last time and I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and consideration he shows. 20 of 10 would highly recommend to anyone needing a locksmith service!
