- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our average cost for a business plan, which seems to be one of the most requested services recently is approximately $500. My standard rate is $65 for general projects and my average hours on any particular initiative (depending on the need and/or urgency) is about 10 a week. All agreed on and budgeted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I understand their specific need and what they are trying to accomplish. Then we outline (together) a step by step execution plan to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in project management and technology.
