- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 20% deposit is REQUIRED to book a service from me! If you are outside of the Charlotte, Fort mill, Rock Hill area I do have a travel fee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts off with greeting my client and finding out what specific makeup look you want if we haven't already discussed it! I talk through the process of what I’m exactly doing and in what order! I ensure by the end of the makeup application that it will be what we both have pictured!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at brands like Clinique, and MAC cosmetics where we are trained to know what trends are in and always tested on our artistry. I have completed many makeup applications for about 6 years now and can say I am very confident in my work!
