What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon the job. It really depends on how big the project is or how much material I need to buy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is to go to the place where they need the project done then, get measurements and discuss what they want. If they want a regular handrail or something fancy. Or what type of metal creation they desire. Then, I order my materials, prep them, and assemble everything on site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Welding and Fabrication. I've also been welding for over 5 years.
