A lot of mold companies out there to scare homeowners.... Dan was so honest and upfront, alleviated my concerns by calling a lab and even speaking with a competitor. He made me feel confident and comfortable. I highly recommend him if your worried about your home.

Dan and his team are AMAZING and I feel so grateful to have found them! They are excited to work on my home which included almost an entire remodel...Removing walls in the kitchen for an open floorpan, completely remodeling the kitchen, moving a bathroom, moving the laundry room upstairs and creating a mudroom in it's place. Building into unused attic space to create a walk in closet and bathroom in my daughter's bedroom and remodeling and rearranging our master bathroom. Not to mention all the new flooring, cabinets, and drywall where there was once popcorn ceilings. And they were EXCITED to do it. Most people I interviewed were overwhelmed at the task or WAY too expensive. He was priced fairly yet the work quality is far superior to other remodeled homes I have seen. Don't even waste your time with other companies. I love that I felt like we were working together as a team and he was always willing to spend time with me making sure I felt comfortable with each step!

We hired Dan as our GC for our home renovation. So far, it's been great working with him and his crew. Dan is quite knowledgeable and informative. He's been awesome at keeping us right on budget. He's also in touch with us. He lets us know what's going on, and always answers our calls or gets back to us in the evening. They have put in awesome flooring, baseboards, and painted ( and removed our popcorn from ceiling). We still have a few things were working on, but we are totally happy with the progress. Dan is our go guy!

On restoration jobs, we use Xactimate which is the the same software insurance companies use. We are certified with xactimate so you will be confident when we negotiate with the insurance company on.your behalf.
We will make sure we maximize your insurance claim as we work for the customer, not the insurance company
