Hands down the best flooring expert I could have asked for. Quality of the work done: 10 out of 10 Customer service: 10 out of 10 Speed: 10 out of 10 Value: 10 out of 10 My situation: There was a pretty big flood in my kitchen which caused some substantial warping and cupping. I originally spoke with another hardwood flooring company that said they’d need to rip up the hardwoods throughout the majority of the house in order to make the floors look consistent throughout. The thought of that much demolition really stressed me out. I then contacted Dan from 24/7 Aqua Dry, who came up with a much more reasonable plan. He also did a great job of educating me about the process of the repair work and dealing with insurance which really helped ease my anxiety considerably. Everything went smoothly and my hardwood floors have never looked better. Blending the new wood with the un damaged wood wasn’t a problem at all! I will 100% reach out to Dan again for any future flooring issues that come up. Thanks again, Dan!

On restoration jobs, we use Xactimate which is the the same software insurance companies use. We are certified with xactimate so you will be confident when we negotiate with the insurance company on.your behalf. We will make sure we maximize your insurance claim as we work for the customer, not the insurance company
