- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We calculate the price based on a number of factors: amount and level of detailing, size, style, working conditions, necessity of preparatory work, surface type, etc. Once quoted, if initial requirements were not changed, our price will NOT go up if we make the mistake of underestimating the time/difficulty/etc. We will absorb the mistake, and you will not be presented with any surprise "extra" charges at the end of the project. We take a 20% deposit at the start of the work. Changes made after the start will be discussed and agreed on by both parties, and price adjustments, if any, will be made accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation that can be done over the phone with the prospective client if they have an exact image they want. Otherwise, the consultation will have to be done in person to discuss the details of the work, which may include selecting a theme, artistic style, and the final image. Most likely it will take several iterations until we come up with what you feel belongs to your heart. Once the final image is approved, we will present a quote for completing the work, as well as the time required to complete it.

Graduated from the famous Moscow State Surikov Academy of Fine Arts.
