- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Plain broom finished concrete (like a standard driveway) is least expensive. 2. Stamped concrete is the next level up. 3. Pavers, which we glue to a concrete base is the most expensive, but has the best longevity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet with client to discuss ideas and take measurements. 2. Design a 3D virtual reality rendering of the project, within their budget. 3. If agreeable, sign contract, submit 50% as down payment, and add to schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was formally educated as an engineer. In addition to that, we always try to remain up to date with the newest technologies: seminars,publications, mastermind groups.
