- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interested leads start with a free consultation(in-person or via video call), where we would discuss important information such as goals, injuries, limitations, exercise history, obstacles, etc. Our first session together will include a movement screening to determine your physical fitness level. We then schedule weekly appointments, preferably on a fixed schedule that will allow us to reach our desired goals accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in exercise science from MSU NPTI(National Personal Training Institute) Grad-Trade School Certified CPT, CPR/AED
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from as young as 7 to 80+ years old. The majority of my time, I have worked with clients looking to build muscle, gain strength, lose body fat, and/or incorporate exercise in their daily lives. I have a background in sports training with youth/collegiate athletes, as well as working with clients with conditions such as osteoarthritis, diabetes, cancer, MS, etc. I specialize in strength/resistance training and fat loss.
