Ivan responded to my request within minutes, and was able to come out that afternoon to fix a leak underneath kitchen sink. It was causing floor damage, so it was urgent to get it repaired. He found the problem, stemming from the faucet, and installed a new one, and 2 turn off valves that were seized up. He explained everything, was very pleasant to work with, and took less time than I expected. Very reasonable too. I will definitely call him for future needs.

I had some what of a mystery leak. Unsure where it was coming from. Leak discovered, main water line turned off so the leak would not continue. (Dishwasher). Also he was able to install a new sink faucet with sprayer. I feel like I have a whole new kitchen. Thank you!

The price is base on free estimate on site , also we can match or beat any written estimate from another licensed plumber.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m usually starting with text message to introduce myself following with phone call to schedule free estimate appointment, on the site ill like to hear more about the situation and then I’ll give you several options to solve your problem, 90 % of the time if the costumer is agreed to the estimate I do the work immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take two plumbing classes also passed two business and law exams (for SC and NC ) and also passed very difficult NC plumbing license exam, and 5years + field experience.
