We had just had a standby generator installed which wouldn't start. We suspected the original plumber didn't install the gas lines properly. Brian came out and after checking the lines explained that the lines were too small and also explained why our gas fire pit wasn't working. I also mentioned that our tankless HW heater might need to be replaced but Brian said it just needed a good cleaning.
Brian measured what he would need for materials and sent me an estimate that afternoon. His pricing his exceptionally fair. He scheduled a day for the following week. He fixed both the generator and fire pit and was meticulous in cleaning up when he finished. He is scheduled to return next week to clean the HW heater.
Brian is very responsive, explains the issues in layman's terms and
is a pleasure to work with. We have rental properties and over the years have used numerous plumbers with mixed results. We have finally found our go to plumber and highly recommend Brian.
