- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that we are competitive on our fees as is, at least that is what our clients tell us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make it as easy as possible for the customer. We simply look for the basic info required to place them on our schedule (phone number, addresses, etc.). We will then typically touch base with the customer just prior to the move to confirm everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just pure hard work and experience, a smidge of common sense
