FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Spray-Net is a premium refinishing service, so we may not be the lowest-priced option—and we do not try to compete with conventional painters using off-the-shelf paint. Every project is quoted individually based on the surface, its condition, preparation requirements, project size and desired finish. Your proposal will clearly explain the work and materials included. Because our coatings are custom ordered, expedited projects may require an additional shipping charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about your project and determining whether our process is a good fit. During the consultation, we inspect the surfaces, discuss colors and finish options, identify any repairs or preparation required and provide a detailed proposal. Once approved, we custom order the appropriate coatings and schedule the work. Our team then prepares and masks the property carefully, applies the coating using our patented process and professional spray equipment, and completes a final walkthrough with the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives specialized Spray-Net training in surface preparation, coating chemistry, professional spray application, equipment operation and jobsite safety. We are trained to identify different exterior and cabinet materials and adjust our products and process for the surface, temperature, humidity and required drying conditions. This specialized system is very different from applying conventional household paint.
