- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing covers the services that will give your home maximum exposure to interested and qualified buyers, including staging, organizational support, professional videos, photography, Matterport tours, paid advertising, high-grade marketing materials, open houses, move support, and more based on a customized, collaborative approach to meet your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation and home walkthrough - and then I deliver to every homeowner and/or buyer a strategy that is customized for their needs. I can move quickly - ask my clients moving from out of the area who had two weeks to find a home, or as slowly as a client needs. I had a client who was building a new home and was in no rush. Once we agree on the plan, I will begin to execute it as promised. I do what I say I will do.
