Working with Scott was a 5 out of 5 experience. Scott showed up for my quote with 2 estimates ready to go. I love that he knew his numbers and I didn’t have to waste time. Both quotes he provided were more than fair and even though I originally wanted to go with the higher quoted material (wife’s preference) Scott went over the pros and cons of the of the 2 quotes without pressuring me into the more expensive one. I ended up going with the 2nd quote which was the lower of the 2 because of the points Scott made about the location of the roof and the view of it. It’s rare that contractors don’t try to pressure you into the most expensive materials even when it is not needed. From the time he gave me the quote, my job was completed in 3 weeks. Overall working with Scott was great and his crew was highly professional. I look forward to working with him on future projects.

I compared four roofers before deciding on taking the services of Mr Scott Z. He came in quietly to my house, showed me the rate quote, and left in about 5-7 minutes. Simple and easy. He gave me the most affordable rate and I looked at his excellent reviews in Thumbtack. When it literally rained in another part of the house while his crew were working on the roof, Mr Scott sent his foreman to look into the problem and Miguel offered advice on what needed to be done. What Miguel said was true and I was able to hire another person to solve the problem, which was totally unrelated to the roofreplacement situation. His crew left the place very clean. Mr. Scott will be back in a few days to check on his crew's work. He said he trusts them because they have been working together for 11 years. Our handyman looked at our new roof from the ground looking up, and he said they did, a good job!!!

Scott and team replaced my roof about 2 years ago. The process was smooth and his responsiveness was good. Fast forward to today and the same remains. I have nothing but good things to say about Scott and his team. First, Scott came to our home and did an assessment. A storm in early January put a hole in our roof, so we got approved for an insurance claim. Scott didn't ask us anything about what our claim was approved for, he just did his assessment and provided us with a quote. His process is how it should go because a quote should just be based on a roofer's professional assessment! I found it weird and uncomfortable that other roofers who came to our home immediately asked what the claim amount was. That let me know they were only after money instead of considering what we actually needed. But not Scott! Scott cared about giving us quality work for a reasonable price; that's why we went with him. We never felt like he was hard selling or upselling us. His was the lowest quote we received; it was over $1k less than the other quotes. He was also just easy to talk to and very responsive any time we had questions. His team came within 2 weeks after receiving our quote. They would've come even earlier but we had rain for a whole week. On installation day the team arrived 15 minutes early. They arrived at 7:15am and were really efficient so they were done at 1:30pm. They moved our gazebo and patio furniture for us but treated everything with care and moved it all back when finished. They left our property exactly the way they found it, no mess or scuffs. I highly recommend Scott and his team!

Estimates are free with no obligation. We gain accurate measurement of your roof via satellite. Pricing discounts to military and senior citizens, plus police and fire personnel. Pricing is very market competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the customer's needs, repair or replacement. We also confirm whether this is an insurance claim or not. If an insurance claim, we are happy to meet with the adjuster. Then we set up appointments with the customer to discuss the project.
