- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a thorough, free inspection of your roof or gutters to evaluate their condition honestly—if your roof still has years of life left, we’ll be the first to tell you! From there, we provide a detailed written proposal, communicate step-by-step through execution, ensure complete jobsite cleanup (including magnetic sweeps for nails), and back our work with a full satisfaction guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 12 years of hands-on roofing and exterior service experience in the Carolinas. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in both North and South Carolina, and hold industry-leading manufacturer certifications, including GAF Master Elite status.
