Introduction: I provide quality design service that is not only creative at it's nature, but also cost friendly. Basically, I design cool stuff that won't break the bank. There are a lot of "design" companies that don't look very creative... they kind of blend in with everyone else. Not Brown Cow! I strive to spend the time and effort to make every client's website, logo, promotional materials, etc. stand out and yet fit who they are and what they do. I create stuff that makes your business look good, stuff that you can be proud of! I'm a small business who loves to work with small businesses! I don't plan on adding staff, renting bigger facilities, or opening up franchises - instead, I seek out small businesses to do business with because that's just who I am.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing for products like: website design, logo design, print piece promotionals, and monthly retainers. Call or email me, and I'd be happy to share.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal with all of my clients is to have them walk away from their Brown Cow experience with a smile on their face - I want them to feel like they just got a great deal. So with that in mind, I hold of my clients through the design process to make it as easy as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no education in graphic design, but I did start drawing comics at the age of 4. I have been creating art on the side since 1993 and doing it professionally full-time as Brown Cow Creative Design since 2008.
