After requesting information from Vent Service, I received a follow-up phone call within 2 mins. The owner, George, came out the same day and provided me an estimate. After I formally accepted the estimate, George arranged a time for cleaning my HVAC ducts. He spent about 7 hours at my house cleaning 24 vents. I inspected his work and there was a remarkable difference in the appearance of the ducts. The ducts were very clean. I would hire this company again.

He did a good job repairing our dryer duck vent. We were charged $350 for the dryer vent repair and $209 for sealing vent poles on roof, and starting the repairing of hole in ceiling. He was on time.

George messaged when he was on the way. He arrived on time. He told me what he was going to do. He made a recommendation to also clean the dryer which I agreed as it had never been cleaned before.
