Jeff answered my request within an hour and came to fix my issue that morning, albeit a Sunday. I had had an issue with the lights in my spare bedroom that would not come on despite the fact that no breakers were tripped and that all the outlets in that room were working. I had spoken to four people, including neighbors, a project manager in my community and my son-in-law, who is an engineer about the issue and aside from thinking it was a GFI that had been tripped, that we couldn’t find, no one had an explanation. Jeff came in, looked at the problem, tinkered in the breaker box, went back to check that the problem still existed. Instantly knew the problem was in the switch. Turns out behind the switch there were live wires that had been capped and became loose and had melted the wire cap. I’m actually lucky that they didn’t start a fire. I also needed a plug installed, which he did at the same time. He was in and out of my house with both jobs completed within an hour had a smile on his face, knew exactly what he was doing and charged me a fair price. I couldn’t have asked for more. I recommend Jeff Brown to anyone who needs an electrician. I will pass his name on to anyone I know who is in search of one. Thank you Jeff!!!
