- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are given for whatever is described in the quote anything that comes up as the job progresses will be charged as a change order ( will do my best to foresee any likely changes that could come up on the front end)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will gather the overview of the job via phone or email and then I will meet with the customer at the sight and go over all the details to get a solid understanding of the job at which point I will work up an official quote. If the quote is agreeable to the customer I will put them in my schedule and move forward from there
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by my dad and various other carpenters I have worked with as well as studying several books to learn as much about my craft as possible
