I'm a second generation flooring contractor and have been in the business for over 25 years. I offer sanding and refinishing of hardwood flooring and installation of all types of flooring. I also offer a 90% dust containment system, if requested. I do residential and commercial work and have access to contractors for all types of flooring from wood to carpet to tile.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sanding and refinishing is from $1.75 -2.75 sqft depending on dust containment or not all other flooring varies with material cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will put stain samples in the owners house on their floor so there is no question about the color. Sometimes picking them out in a store once you get them on the floor they look different. So we do them in the house
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the business this is all I have done for 18 years. I started doing this when I was a teenager then moved on to own my own business
