Granting a star because the home was cleaner when she left. However, laundry didn’t get done, bed didn’t get made up, and my living room camera caught her spitting on a stain on the floor before she “mopped”. Which consisted of her just spraying purple spray and going over the floor no actual hot water and cleaning products. Apparently speaks little English but really just has selective hearing.

First of all, I would like to point out that if there really was what you said, you should have contacted me immediately. Spitting is really surreal! I’m sorry, but to say that the house was cleaner before? Not really! Or you wouldn’t have asked for cleaning because it wouldn’t work, right? And look, at first you had asked for a deep clean, you thought it was expensive and changed to a standard clean! It really wasn’t washed clothes, there are no possibilities of being washed clothes with the value of $ 120.00. You had 2 large laundry baskets to wash, apart from the one on the laundry floor. If you had agreed on a higher amount with me, as I had mentioned, I would understand your complaint. She did a good cleaning, washed the dishes (which was also not agreed) and organised her house. I pay her to do the cleaning and not the organisation. Anyway! The cleaning was done on Friday, you could have contacted me before. I’m sorry! Have a good week!

wonderful! I don't know what we'd do without her. She is extremely prompt in responding and my house is always fresh and sparkling when she leaves. She is also extremely kind and professional. Can't say enough good about her!
