FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer bulk pricing so price will be determined by the amount of space your items will take up in the 15 cubic yard truck and trailer we offer for pickup and removal services. Our prices start $130 and that covers enough items to fit in about 2 cubic yards or roughly the space a standard refrigerator would take up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls, they'll speak with a family member who can assist them. We discuss the project and, when possible, determine availability based on the customer's schedule. We then set up a free on-site quote appointment. Once we arrive, the crew will speak with you about the scope of your project to determine how much space your items will likely take up in the truck/trailer. Once we agree on a price and make payment arrangements, we load it right then and there, leaving you with clear space for whatever comes next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a serial entrepreneur who enjoys being of service to my local community and neighbors.
