What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees start at $85 (initial assessment 30 mins), any diagnostic fee will be $150 (Taking apart an entire unit and more full diagnostic not initial assessment). Please see our companies terms of service for more details.
These fees will be waived if you choose to go with us for repairs. Other prices you can inquire about by calling us. We have a general starting price pricing list. However, we cannot provide estimates over the phone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will inquire about the service(s) needed and explain the process we will be going through. We then get the customers contact information and work on getting the customer scheduled as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have training on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Appliance repairs and have required Certifications/Licenses.
