I was contacted almost immediately after posting my request and the repairman was able to come out the next day. In a matter of minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem. If not for the fact that they had to order the part, it would have been fixed a couple of days after that!

The company communicated well and in a timely manner. The representative Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part & offered a later time same day to replace the part. I will call them again when I need help.
