We needed someone urgently, and they were there within an hour. We couldnt get anyone else to come out. He fixed what the last plumber worked on. It was more costly than what we wanted to spend, but we appreciate their responsiveness.

Twas a dark and stormy night before Christmas Eve Day. The woman and children were crying for there was no hot water to be had. Alas! The ancient, decrepit water heater had rusted out, spilling its contents throughout the garage in a final farewell after a life of dutiful service far beyond the expectations of its manufacturer.
Overcome with dread of what horrors yonder daybreak would visit upon the family, the man cried out for help, and who should answer but Ken O’Brien! Professional words were exchanged, arrangements were made, and the very next morning just before the man’s ears began to bleed from shouts pertaining to the unsatisfactory hydrothermal conditions, Shazam!
It was indeed as if an act of sorcery had occurred, for in the place of the item which had driven the family to the brink of a situation bearing similarities to Lord of the Flies, was a shiny new, fully functioning water heater!
Christmas was saved. The sound of children laughing and playing filled the air. All was right with the world. The family bid Ken O’Brien a fond farewell and watched as, just like Santa Claus flies back to the North Pole after delivering joy and happiness, Ken O’Brien rode off into the high noon sun, with joy in their hearts and hot water in the pipes. Peace had been restored throughout the kingdom, and they all lived happily ever after.

Ken was very professional and on time. When he arrived at our home he looked at the issues, the issues going on with our home was further than what Ken was able to do and gave great advice to what our next step should be to get the problem fixed. I would highly recommend Ken again.

Ken did an obsessional job. Had to go under home and had more or or less had to rotor rooter the sink drain out to septic tank. Really new what needed to be done as soon as he walked in. Very courteous and professional. Would definitely use him again!
